Our AI policy

It’s 2026, and AI has taken the world by storm. As a software development and consulting company, our primary goal is to deliver robust, maintainable, and correct software. We have a responsibility to evaluate new technologies and understand if and how they can help us to achieve that goal. When we incorporate a technology into our workflows or products, we do so because it best meets our clients’ needs, and not just because it’s the latest buzzword.

We are closely watching the development of AI tooling and constantly evaluating its role in software development. Currently, we do not see AI-driven development as a viable replacement for human-driven development. Based on this evaluation, we guarantee the following principles regarding AI use in our services:

• All correspondence with Meridian Leap Software is with a real human. We do not use AI email services. You’re actually talking to us.
• All software and code delivered to our clients is developed by a human. We do not “vibe code”.
• All code is reviewed by a human with an audit trail.

We recognize that AI can still be useful, and we may use AI for research purposes, searching for documentation, checking our writing for grammar mistakes, etc. We will continue to monitor the development of this technology, and update our AI policy above as appropriate.

The bottom line is this: when you work with us, you are working with a real human expert. We will never pass off AI-generated content as our own, and we put our name and our reputation behind everything we make.
